What we offer
Over our two-year Programme Graduate Scheme, you’ll support with the creation of project plans and be involved with resource management, finance management and managing projects from bid generation to completion. Gaining valuable hands-on experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders you’ll also manage risk and deliver against key programme milestones and overall business targets. At all times ensuring compliance and quality, you’ll be involved with leading-edge tech and make a critical difference through your unique approach to problem solving.
What you’ll need
We’ll give you a real launchpad to your graduate career, on a fast-paced, creative scheme that offers non-stop learning opportunities. You just need a 2:1 Business degree or equivalent to join us, plus plenty of drive, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a professional and purposeful personality. An understanding of the internal and external customer bid process and construction and justification of financial data is valuable. Evidence of five years’ consistent UK residency is a must.
