Over two years, you’ll gain vast experience of our business as you rotate through a number of teams, including: Finance, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Communications. You’ll gain exposure to all manner of commercial challenges from contract and bid management to strategy reviews, NDAs and negotiation of T&Cs. And you’ll learn how to deal with customers, suppliers, materials and services, as well as deliver against key commercial business targets.
What you’ll need
We’ll give you a real launchpad to your commercial graduate career, on a fast-paced, creative scheme that offers non-stop learning opportunities. You need a 2:1 Business degree or equivalent to join us, plus plenty of drive, enthusiasm, a real can-do attitude and a positive, professional and purposeful personality. Evidence of five years’ consistent UK residency is also a must.
