Hours of Work:
37h/week
8:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday (30mins lunch break, 12:00-12:30)
8:00-13:00 Friday (no lunch break)

This role is part of hybrid working and is subject to a 6 month probation period.
Roxel is an Anglo-French Company that designs, develops and manufactures a range of solid propellant rocket motors for use in tactical missiles. Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France and it has an annual turnover of about £100M and nearly 700 staff, with 250+ in the UK.
The UK operations are located at Summerfield near Kidderminster and it is here we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Facilities Analyst & Planner.
We are looking to appoint a Facilities Planning & Data Analyst located at our Summerfield site, working within the Reliability function of the Facilities department, the Planning/Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing data & workflow through the company CAFM System in support of all Facilities and Maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that asset data is correctly entered, stored and maintained within the CAFM system
- Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders & schedules, in accordance with pre-programmed system parameters.
- To generate periodic as well as adhoc reports accurately and efficiently as required
- To maintain lines of communication with internal customers, colleagues, and 3rd parties to impart information on status of work orders.
- To maintain, update and close out completed task in the CAFM system
- Maintenance of the Approved contractor register / database
- Ensuring registration & induction of Contractors attending site.
- Support all workstreams within the function in the provisioning of service contracts
- Any other duties, which may be reasonably requested, to facilitate the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft application Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate work with multiple departments
Qualifications
- Prior experience of CAFMS and CMMS
- GCSEs Maths and English C or 4 and above
