The current position around COVID-19 is uncertain and evolving on a daily basis and this presents challenges and uncertainties to us all.

Roxel Group continues to monitor the information from both the World Health Organisation and the respective Governments in France and UK and we are implementing our business continuity plans both at Group and Operating Company Level.   Our primary aim is to protect the health, safety and well-being of our employees, and then to deliver to you all on our commitments.

As a Group we are fully committed to following the French and UK Government Guidelines and work fully in line with their recommendations.   This includes self-isolation, social distancing and home working where possible.

Our Activity Continuity Plan includes but is not limited to:-

• Keeping you informed and protecting our information using our dedicated and secure IT system
• Where ever possible, maintaining activities on key programmes thanks to the dedication of restricted but committed teams in our production sites
• Maintain your contacts with all our Key Account Managers, either by cell phone or emails
• Maintain an emergency service for sales administration.

We will continue to do this as long as possible, please be assured that it is Roxel’s priority to maintain business continuity with minimum disruption and support our important Customers and their Customers whilst maintaining the safety and security of all.
