Apprentices
Roxel UK offer Business and Engineering Apprentices an exciting career based at our site in Kidderminster.
Typically spanning a four year programme you will develop professional expertise in areas including chemistry, design, engineering, manufacturing, quality, business, IT and administration subjects. Through day release you will study towards a HND at a local college or you might spend your first year at a local engineering training centre. We will expect you to show commitment, to learn quickly and to succeed in your chosen role.
To apply you need to have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths, English and Science at grade 6 or above or an Engineering Diploma Level 2 or 3. You will also need to be a good communicator, have good IT skills and be a good team player. We expect our employees to have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
For the business apprenticeship you will need Maths and English as a minimum. To help you achieve a successful career with us, you will follow a formal development programme. It’s a challenging environment but the various elements included in your programme will help you to succeed.

Graduates
At Roxel UK we offer fantastic opportunities to build a rewarding career, working with technical experts in the defence industry at our site in Kidderminster. The analytical skills you developed at university will be put to good use as you learn new techniques to solve problems.
As a Technical or Operations graduate you will follow a development programme providing you with a series of challenging opportunities to develop your key technical skills.
In addition to core roles and responsibilities within your specialist area you will be encouraged to undertake projects in other areas of the business to broaden your skills and knowledge.
