Safety, our key concern
After three years without them, Roxel once again held morning awareness sessions on prevention, risks, health and safety issues for all the staff at the sites in Bourges, on 7 September, and Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, on 9 September.
In all sectors, and even more so in defence, accidents, even if they are only occasional, can have serious consequences for the company’s activity, but above all for the individual involved. These morning sessions were an opportunity for everyone to learn or refresh their memory of the right things to do every day. Several workshops were held on specific topics:
- Consolidating the safety culture
- Employee awareness of occupational hazards and prevention
- Strengthening team cohesion and positioning employees as active players
From a virtual workshop to an escape game and the climbing wall, a total of 420 employees were able to spend a fun and friendly morning learning about all these topics.
This initiative will be regularly repeated to ensure that we are always all aware of occupational hazards and apply good practices, for everyone’s benefit.
