Roxel partners the European FIRES Consortium

Under programmes funded by the European Commission (EDIDP and EDF), Roxel France is involved in the FIRES project (Future Indirect fiRes European Solution), which aims to develop an additional propulsion solution for 155 mm munitions (such as the CAESAR howitzer and other European systems).

Hypersonic Systems

Participation in the European HYDIS² Consortium

As part of the HYDIS² programme, funded by the European Commission and led by MBDA, Roxel is collaborating with around twenty European Defence Technology Industrial Base (EDTIB) companies to develop a European interceptor capable of neutralising hypersonic threats. Roxel is also a member of the UK’s Hypersonic Community of Interest in collaboration with the UK’s MoD.

Our Civil Sector Expertise

 

In 2001, Roxel leveraged its expertise in flow forming to manufacture high-strength, lightweight thrust rods for the Airbus A380 programme.
