My job

My role is to lead and support campaigns to identify and secure new business opportunities for Roxel. I work with stakeholders from other departments to develop strategies and ensure the timely delivery of professional proposals to existing and prospective new customers. I manage the requirements of several key customers, obtain feedback on business performance and identify new business opportunities.

My background

I have spent 16 years working in a variety of office-based roles, which have predominantly been Office Management and Sales & Marketing. I have Diplomas in Marketing Management, Copywriting, and Content Writing, along with an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration. I am also currently working towards an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management which has been fully supported by Roxel.

My motivations

I enjoy working at Roxel because my role is interesting, varied and I am able to work with some wonderful colleagues! Everyone here is so friendly, approachable and supportive.

Hi, As you may already know, Roxel is an Anglo-French company with the Head Office in Le Plessis Robinson, Paris, our French Sales & Marketing team are also based here. The majority of our roles are based solely at the Summerfield site in Kidderminster. However, some roles will be required to travel occasionally within the UK and / or to France to visit colleagues, customers or suppliers.
