What we offer

On our two-year Engineering Graduate Scheme, you’ll rotate across a variety of three- and six-month placements and gain a solid understanding of all the different engineering disciplines involved with Rocket Motor production.

 

In the Development Team – you’ll focus on concept design, demonstration and production

In the Design Team – you’ll perform rocket motor modelling activities and structural and performance analysis

In the Production Team – you’ll identify and implement efficiency and process savings

In the Trials and Evaluations Team – you’ll carry out laboratory testing and gain exposure to energetic and inert materials

What you’ll need

We’ll give you a real launchpad to your engineering graduate career, on a fast-paced, creative scheme that offers non-stop learning opportunities. You need a 2:1 degree in a technical, engineering or science subject, plus the confidence to communicate effectively and the willingness to learn. Enthusiastic, motivated and independently minded, evidence of five years’ consistent UK residency is also a must.
